About
We are all part of the web of life and connected to a universal energy. Our inner psyche and spirit are not isolated and separate, but rather directly connected to the world around us. If we internalize beliefs that are not aligned with who we truly are, this can begin to impact our relationships, connection to self, and how we relate to the world around us.
My therapeutic approach is centred around deep listening, following your process, and tuning into the direction that best supports you and your journey. With compassionate curiosity I can help you transcend internalized judgements and limiting beliefs, so we can explore the roots of any unconscious thoughts, feelings and memories that might be causing you pain. I also incorporate creative and nature-based modalities when desired to help you express your inner world when it might be difficult to communicate with words alone.

I began my path in art therapy after years of longing for deeper meaning in life and harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Art making has been, and continues to be, a supportive tool in my own journey; helping me process my own inner world and gain insights into my life. I have come to understand art making as being a deeply spiritual practise, a universal birthright, an intuitive voice, and a transformational avenue of self-expression. I create supportive therapeutic spaces with the hope of inspiring others to tune into their own abundant creativity, higher self, and the world around them in deep and meaningful ways.
